Web application development
We build web applications that run in the browser, from customer portals to internal tools, with a real backend and a modern stack. For SMEs and start-ups that value speed and short lines, from Tilburg and across the Netherlands.
Looking for a custom web application? You are in the right place. Together we look at where software makes your work faster, clearer, or easier, without your customers or colleagues having to install anything. It all runs in the browser.
What we make
We build web apps that actually do something. Think of a customer portal where people view their details and invoices, a dashboard that makes your numbers clear, a planning tool for your team, or an internal tool that automates a process still running on spreadsheets today. Not a brochure site, but software with its own backend and content layer underneath.
As an example, for Market Makers we built an online trading platform with a public Nuxt app and an internal Vue dashboard, both connected to a Django backend. Two sides of the same product, both live.
How we work
As a Tilburg company we sit close to the makers and manufacturers in the region, but we work across the whole of the Netherlands and internationally too. We always start by looking at your workflows together with you: where are the gains, and which screens and integrations do you actually need?
For web we like to work in modern stacks. Often Next.js or Nuxt for the frontend, with a headless CMS behind it where that fits. The backend usually runs on Python or Node, with a database and APIs that grow with you. And when it can stay simple, we keep it simple.
A web application is never finished at launch. We stay available for updates, new features, and the versions that come after.
What exactly is a web application?
A web application is software that runs in the browser, without you having to install anything. You log in and do something with it: enter data, collaborate, manage or view something. Think of a customer portal, a dashboard, or a planning tool.
What does building a web application cost?
That mostly depends on the scope: the number of screens, the integrations, and what backend comes with it. Two projects that look alike can easily be three times apart in price. We would rather work it out together with you, and how that works is in what building a website or app costs.
What is the difference between a web application and a website?
A website mainly lets you show something, a web application mainly lets you do something, like logging in, entering data, or collaborating. Where the line sits and what it means for your choice, we explain in the difference between a website and a web app.
How long does it take to build a web application?
Count on weeks, not months, for a first working version. The lead time depends on the scope: how many screens, which integrations, and whether an extensive backend comes with it. We map that planning out for you up front.
