Market Makers
Market Makers is an education platform for people who want to learn to trade. We worked on the whole set: an online place to learn and a system that keeps neat track of everyone's progress.
You can trade anywhere, but where do you actually get real guidance and learn what to do and what not to do when it comes to placing successful trades? Market Makers goes further than just spoon-feeding you the trades. This is where you learn what trading really is.
The challenge
The challenge for a platform like Market Makers is to keep steering each person's progress individually, so everyone gets the right attention. That is why an education platform goes much further than just the modules it offers. Building a community is what really took center stage here.
What we did
The public app runs on Nuxt 2 with Vue 2. For the internal flows there is a second Vue dashboard in the same stack. The Django 4.1 backend in Python keeps it all together and serves both the app and the dashboard, with access to the trading environment behind a login.
